1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an Account with 555mw, you explicitly affirm and warrant that:

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.2 Account Creation Process

You may only create and maintain one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all Accounts, forfeiture of Funds, and permanent exclusion from Services. 3.3 Identity Verification

555mw maintains strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gaming. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents for verification purposes. 4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activities conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you regardless of actual authorization. You must immediately notify 555mw customer support of any unauthorized Account access, suspected security breaches, or compromise of Account credentials.

4.2 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account for any purpose.
• Creating multiple Accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Using another person's Account or allowing others to use your Account.
• Sharing login credentials or account access with family members, friends, or other individuals.
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, or manipulation of games or betting systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or platform bugs for personal advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or funds belonging to third parties.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

555mw accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, LandBank, and over-the-counter cash vouchers at authorized retail partners. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions, or violating promotion terms, results in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential Account closure. 8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, underage gaming, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of our Services. Upon termination, any remaining Funds in your Account will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to 555mw, provided your Account was in compliance with these Terms at the time of closure. Funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of Terms may be forfeited without refund.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property displayed on the 555mw Platform are owned by 555mw or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 11. Limitation of Liability

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 555mw regarding use of Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
